The Electronics Entertainment Expo (otherwise known as E3) is the single biggest event in the gaming calendar, and E3 2018 is shaping up to be one of the best shows yet. And, with the showfloor due to open from the 12th to the 14th of June, there’s only a few months to wait until the entire games industry gathers in Los Angeles for a slew of announcements, trailers, and unveilings.
However, before it officially kicks off, there are huge conferences held by game makers like Microsoft, Bethesda, and more. These events often play host to some of the biggest announcements of the entire show, but when are they being held? Look below at everything announced for E3 2018 so far!
Sony’s E3 presentation will kick off on Tuesday the 12th of June at 2am BST. They’ve lined up four fab first party titles that’ll be on show: The Last of Us Part II, Spider-Man, Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding, and the samurai antics of Ghost of Tsushima!
Nintendo’s E3 presentation will kick off on Tuesday 12th June at 5pm BST. This video presentation will give us a look at Switch games that will be coming to the console this year, including Super Smash Bros!
That’s not all for Nintendo. You can also watch as players battle it out in the Splatoon 2 World Championship finals on 12th June, directly followed by the Super Smash Bros Invitational 2018.
Microsoft will be holding their E3 2018 Briefing on June 10th at 9:00pm BST. It’ll be held in the Microsoft Theatre at L.A. Live, which for the first time in E3 history, will be Xbox’s home for the entirety of the convention.
Ubisoft have announced the date and time of their E3 conference! Their show will kick off at 9pm BST on June 11th, taking place at the Orpheum Theatre.
Square Enix will be holding a video conference on Monday the 11th of June at 6pm BST. Even if you’re out in LA, you’ll have to tune in to watch this one, as it’s only a livestream.
EA have announced plans for their live show, where they’ll be hosting a video conference on June 9th at 7pm BST!
EA Play, now in its third year, will bring our first look at a new Battlefield game, Bioware’s multiplayer RPG Anthem, and this year’s range of EA Sports titles. Yes, another FIFA is a given.
After the conference, attendees will also get a chance to sample games during the EA Play FanFest!
Fallout and Elder Scrolls publisher Bethesda follows the Microsoft conference, holding their E3 show on Monday June 11th at 2:30am BST. You’ll want to set your alarm if you’re going to stream this one!
The PC Gaming Show returns once again to E3, kicking off at 11pm BST on June 11th for those watching in the UK!
