TUNE IN: 12TH JUNE - 19.30PM

We are hoping that a new Assassin’s Creed game will take centre stage at Ubisoft’s conference this year. It is heavily rumoured that the game will be set in ancient Egypt, and there has been an image leaked that appears to confirm this.

We are also hoping to hear more about South Park The Fractured But Whole, which should have been released by now but has suffered several vague pushbacks, rumoured to be caused by South Park Creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone continually tweaking the game. If its’ predecessor is anything to go by, it will be worth the wait.

Usually the rumour mill around Ubisoft is churning into overtime by now, but they have been pretty good at keeping things under wraps due to a lack of confirmed projects post-South Park. We may hear more about the movie franchises they have in production including The Division, Watch_Dogs and Splinter Cell. I’m sure there will be plenty of games announced with Switch support though, but for us one of the biggest highlights is the “Surprise” game they announce at the end; last year it was Steep. Maybe a new Far Cry might take that spot this year? Definitely worth watching if only for presenter Aisha Tyler, who is hilarious.
